| Is the home or condo I see on the Internet the one I get? |
|
Yes, unlike other companies in the area, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way you will be happy with your accommodation

| Are the pools heated? |
| All of the pools in our private homes can be heated at an additional charge of $250 per week or $50 per day. You will receive a pool heat addendum with your confirmation package, which states that pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components that can sometimes break. If this were to happen, the cost of the days that the pool heater was inoperative will be credited. Palm Springs Vacations (PSV), Inc., will do everything in our power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible. The community pool where the condos and resort homes are located is heated when the temperature dictates the need.

| Yes, there is a grocery store, a drug store and many restaurants less than 2 miles from all of our properties

| Is there air conditioning and heat? |
| Yes, all of our homes and condos have central air and heat (unless noted otherwise).

| Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property? |
| es, every home and condo has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher.

| Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each unit with an extra change for each bed.

| Are the properties cleaned daily? |
| No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request mid-stay cleans at an additional charge.

| Are there cleaning supplies? |
| Yes, there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in each property. There are starter paper products in the home. You will be responsible for your other needs there after. There is a grocery store with in 2 miles of all of our properties.
